Update: I still think he was very nice but after my dad saw how he left the plumbing he was not happy. We paid $500 for them to basically destroy our plumbing. I’m attaching a pic on how they left it and I called because I had no water. Water was frozen and they used a heat gun but couldn’t get it back to working. So they charged me $500. That’s a bit ridiculous. At the time I was paying I wasn’t sure since I don’t know about plumbing but talking with my dad is when I realized they weren’t fair. And stayed late was he worked 3 hrs. Till 6 pm ish. Nothing against the plumber maybe he wasn’t trained right. Idk but y’all be careful with them. Would do 1 star but he was nice so 2 stars.
We also reviewed several safety features I had installed in 2022 after a major "water event".... to make sure they were still ready and operating namely: a primary sump pump back-up power system called the "Pump Spy" and a "Water Cop" water shut-off system. All safety features were still in top working condition.
I am very appreciative of Andrew's professionalism in accomplishing this work today on 1-24-2025.
